CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24-hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment, if the cancellation is not properly communicated it will result in a 50% charge. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service booked (if not properly communicated.) No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service booked. There is a 15 minute grace period, after 15 mins there will be $10 late fee. After 30 minutes the appointment will be cancelled and charged 100% (if not properly communicated.)
